The founder and principal attorney of PDC, Marco Permunian, is an established expert in Polish citizenship, Polish citizenship and Italian citizenship cases. Marco attended the University of Ferrara in Italy where he earned his degree to practice law. He went on to build PDC, ICA, and PDC as one of the largest dual citizenship companies in the nation with several international office locations worldwide.

Marco prides himself on building a strong network of relationships with his team to assist clients worldwide in obtaining dual citizenship. By having offices in Poland, Poland, and Italy, Marco serves as the principal director leading a large team of professionals specializing in Polish dual citizenship and marriage applications. His team includes lawyers, genealogists, translators, immigration professionals, and citizenship specialists in multiple countries.

Marco handles all aspects of team management and operations, including gathering genealogical records and vital documents, examining complex Polish citizenship cases, providing legal advice and filings, and completing all required paperwork for Polish citizenship applications.
